At SurgiMac, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return &

This policy applies to all purchases made on SurgiMac.com.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be in the same condition as received, unworn, unused, with original tags,
    and in original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of shipment for most supplies.

Exceptions

  • Infection control products, custom orders (special or personalized items), personal care goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, and gases cannot be returned.
  • Sale items and gift cards are non-returnable.

Prescription (RX) products cannot be returned due to regulatory restrictions.

How to Initiate a Return

  2. You will receive instructions on how and where to send your package.
  3. Items sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Shipping & Handling

  • Domestic (U.S.)
    For customers in the continental U.S., we may provide a pre-paid shipping label for eligible unused items at our discretion.
  • Box the item securely with the invoice, attach the label, and drop it off at the specified
    carrier.

Inspection, Refunds, & Exchanges

Once received, returns will be inspected for eligibility.

  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10
    business days.
  • Refund processing by banks or credit card companies may take an additional 3–5 business days.
  • If your return is not approved, we will contact you with reasons.
    Exchanges

To exchange an item, first return the original item, then place a new order separately for
the replacement item.

Damages & Issues

  • Inspect your order upon receipt.
  • If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@Surgimac.com for resolution.

Shelf Life & Special Conditions

  • Supplies with expiration dates must have at least 1 year remaining for return eligibility
    if unopened.
