This policy outlines how you can manage your recurring orders and the specific conditions regarding product cancellations and returns at SurgiMac.

Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

Enjoy the convenience of automated deliveries and save on every order. When you enroll in a SurgiMac subscription:

  • Savings: You will receive 5% off the standard price on all subscription items.

  • Frequency: You have full control over your delivery schedule. Choose a replenishment frequency that works for you, such as every two weeks, one month, or two months.

  • Billing: Your payment details are stored securely. You will be charged automatically at the time of each scheduled shipment based on your chosen frequency.

  • Management: You can change your frequency or cancel your subscription at any time. Your order confirmation emails contain direct links to your account where you can manage these settings.

Cancellations & Returns

Our policy varies depending on the type of product purchased. Please review the following categories carefully:

Professional & RX Products

  • Non-Returnable: To ensure safety and regulatory compliance, all RX-only products and the majority of professionally used products are strictly non-returnable and non-refundable once the order has been processed.

All Other Products

For items not classified as RX or professional use, cancellations and returns are accepted under the following conditions:

  • Condition: Products must be unused and the original packaging must be unopened.

  • Resealable Status: A refund will only be issued if the item arrives back at our facility in 100% resealable condition.

  • Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with returning the product to us. SurgiMac does not cover return freight.

How to Initiate a Return

If your item meets the criteria for a return, please refer to your original order confirmation email for instructions or contact our support team. Once we receive and inspect the returned shipment, we will process your refund minus any applicable fees.

Note: We recommend using a trackable shipping service for all returns, as SurgiMac is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit.
