Within 30 days of receipt, you may return your new and unused product in its resalable condition for a full refund minus the cost of the shipping label. A restocking fee may apply. For customized items, a refund may be issued if there was an error on our end. Unfortunately, all sales of infection control products are final and not eligible for a refund. Other brands - Brands other than SurgiMac, we will provide credit after we receive credit from the manufacturer.
