Directions for Preparation and Use:

1. Wash hands thoroughly with soap and water.
2. Pour the desired amount of water into a clean bottle.
3. Add one level scoop of powder for each 2 fl oz of water.
4. Cap the bottle and shake well until the powder is dissolved.
5. Feed immediately or store in the refrigerator for up to 24 hours.

Warnings:

• Do not use the microwave to warm the formula.
• Do not use any formula prepared ahead of time or left at room temperature for more than 2 hours.
• Do not use it if the seal is broken or missing.
• Store in a cool, dry place.
