The PureClarity Scaler Waterline Purification System includes the filter and the Parkell Shock Syringe1 for simple loading of shock solutions into any dental unit or waterline (via Luer-lock connection), and thus simplified removal of bacterial colonies and biofilm prior to filter installation.1

EFFORTLESS INSTALLATION: The filters connect via standard Luerlock quick-connect fittings, which come preinstalled on most magnetostrictive and piezo scaler waterlines. Handpiece and air-water syringe tubing can also be easily modified to accommodate the filters. Installation requires no opening of junction boxes or accessing internal bottle system components.
CHEMICAL-FREE WATER: Utilizing an innovative biopharmaceutical-grade microporous membrane, PureClarity filters remove harmful bacteria, pathogens, and contaminants through a chemicalfree process, thereby eliminating the need for oxidizing agents in the purification process.
Chemical-free water filtration offers a safe and natural alternative to chemically treated water. In addition, chemical-free water is safer for your costly equipment (by eliminating any damage/corrosion risks inside your equipment from chemical additives).

This setup facilitates the removal of larger debris particles that could damage scaler and handpiece components by the Sediment Filter, thereby allowing the PureClarity filter to focus solely on eliminating harmful bacteria, pathogens, and contaminants.
SIMPLIFIED SHOCK PROTOCOLS: PureClarity filters are designed to target biofilm formation closer to the waterline’s endpoint, or point of use, compared to other systems. This minimizes the downstream length of waterline beyond the filter, significantly reducing the section requiring testing and shock treatments to meet CDC and state compliance standards and laws. The result? Simpler compliance protocols.
